compensation package, etc.
- Research Industry
- Contact potential candidates to discuss their qualifications and obtain
reference information as needed
- Conduct in-depth interviews with potential candidates
- Rank and determine best candidates
- Contact client company to provide preliminary candidate information
- Debrief company representatives after each interview to assess
reactions, compatibility, strengths and weaknesses, etc.
- Debrief candidate after each interview, providing answers to any
questions
- Coordinate with both company and candidate to set the stage for
potential job offer
- Provide client with necessary information for negotiating job offer
- Work with client and candidate in resolving any negotiation issues
- Assist candidate with termination of current position
- Confirm start date
- Follow up with candidate and company to ensure satisfaction on both
sides
